SALISBURY – The work goes on in the continuing search for missing Rowan County teenager Erica Parsons. It’s been nearly two years since she was seen and law enforcement suspects foul play in her disappearance.
On Tuesday, Erica’s adoptive father, Sandy Parsons, spent some time back at the now nearly vacant home on Miller Chapel Road. The family has moved most of their belongings to the Fayetteville area.
Carlyle Sherrill, the attorney for Casey and Sandy Parsons told WBTV that he hasn’t spoken to his clients since last Monday and is not aware of any upcoming interviews with law enforcement for the couple.
Adams Outdoor Advertising announced through the Rowan Sheriff’s Office that it has added four new billboards like the one pictured above. Three of the new boards are on I-77 in the Charlotte area and one is on I-485.
Back in Salisbury, investigator with the Rowan Sheriff’s Office and the FBI are continuing doing interviews, following up on 100’s of tips, and waiting on test results about evidence collected in the case.
