Warm and Dry Weather Ahead for the Next Few Days

By WSTP News Dept on December 2, 2012

Unseasonably warm weather is on tap for the next few day here in the Carolinas.

For the next three days highs should be in the upper 60′s and low 70′s with night time lows only in the 40′s.  The extended forecast shows that Friday looks to be the first day the temperatures will drop into the more seasonable 50′s in the day and the low 40′s overnight.

There is no rain currently in the forecast, and that’s bad news for firefighters.  Because of low humidity, even a small fire can spread quickly, so area residents are being asked to use extra caution when doing any outdoor burning.  Remember, no trash or processed lumber can be burned with yard debris.
