SALISBURY – Rowan Helping Ministries has acquired 3 houses for the purpose of housing homeless families.

These houses have been cleaned and are now ready to be rehabilitated. Rowan Helping Ministries is looking for volunteers with construction skills, who are willing to volunteer their time and talent to work on one or more of these houses.

Rowan Helping Ministries hopes to start work on February 1, 2013 on the first house.

Skills that are needed:
• Install and finish drywall
• Carpentry (finish and non-finish)
• Electrical (install lighting, outlets, etc.)
• Roofing
• Painting
