The Atlanta Braves once again beat the Washington Nationals at Turner Field Tuesday night, as Tim Hudson got his 200th career win by a score of 8-1. Hudson not only pitched seven solid innings but also hit a homerun and double in support of himself offensively. He struck out six and walked two while giving up just one run. The Braves jumped to a 4-0 lead in the first two innings and went on from there. Freddie Freeman had three singles and three RBI’s and Evan Gattis added two runs with two hits. Atlanta upped their lead to 4 1/2 games over the Nationals. The two teams play again Wednesday night in Atlanta with first pitch at 7:10 PM, and pregame airtime at 5:55 PM on Newsradio 1490.
