The Carolina Panthers lost another heartbreaker 27-21 in overtime to Tampa Bay, blowing an eleven point lead with only six minutes left in the fourth quarter. Leading 21-10 after Brandon LaFell’s 29 yard touchdown catch, the Panthers gave up a field goal, then allowed a Buccaneer touchdown with just twelve seconds left on a Vincent Jackson TD Catch. The Bucs had to drive 80 yards with a minute and two seconds left with no timeouts, and then tied the game on a Jackson catch of the two point conversion..After winning the toss for overtime, the Bucs drove down the field and scored the game winner with a TD pass to Dallas Clark from fifteen yards out. Tampa improved to 6-4 with the win, while the Panthers dropped to 2-8.
The Washington Redskins, behind the great play of quarterback, Robert Griffin III, smacked the Philadelphia Eagles 31-6. Griffin tossed a career high four touchdown passes and rushed for 84 yards in seven carries. Passing he was 14-15 with 200 yards. The Skins improved to 4-6 and have a date with the Dallas Cowboys Thanksviving day in Big D. Dallas edged Cleveland 23-20 in overtime and moved to 5-5.
